We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious specialists to join as Customer Support Representatives in our client’s customer support team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent language, phone, and email skills, along with an understanding in qualifying customer opportunities.
• Provide professional support to customers queries via email;
• Work reasonably and professionally in order to resolve support demand to customer satisfaction;
• Educate customers on the troubleshooting processes;
• Identify and analyze client`s and customer’s needs in order to create the best resolution for them;
• To stay curious and impact the improvement of the customers’ support process.
• Fluency in Italian (B2 and above);
• Good command in English;
• Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Some experience in a service or support center will be considered as an advantage;
• Understanding of technical troubleshooting is a plus.
